- Minimum 4 - 5 years experience
- Must be living in Australia and be able to come for a trial
- Flexible and available to work days, nights & weekends

- Formal qualifications preferred

Main Duties:- Preparing, cook & serve food according to menu guidelines and recipes and in line with Head Chef requirements
- Be aware of stock levels and keep wastage to a minimum
- Demonstrate techniques & advise on cooking procedures to lower level staff
- Direct the activities of kitchen attendants & apprentices while on shift
- Keep kitchen & food storage areas clean & hygenic in line with Food Safety legislation as required
- Assist with the receipt of and account for supplies & deliveries while on shift, including ensuring quality & correct storage
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- Assist with menu planning
