Vice President

Clarence George is working on an exciting New York-based opportunity with a Private Equity-backed Insurance consolidator. This VP position will play an integral part of leading deal executions through a full transaction cycle as well as liaising closely with clients and managing junior members on the deals within the US market.
Profile:

• 7+ years experience in life insurance, reinsurance, or M&A
• Experience running block deals of business in the (re)insurance space
• Knowledge of an insurance balance sheet or experience working with sidecars would be ideal
• Strong technical background with a Mathematics or Engineering degree and experience working with Actuarial teams
• Open to Actuary, CFA or other professional qualifications
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:

• This is a US based role. The individual will need to either be a US citizen, already working in the US on an H-1B visa or a Canadian/Australian citizen. Spousal visas may also be an option depending on circumstances
