Are you an experienced Paramedic looking to transition into or grow within a dynamic primary care environment? We're expanding our clinical team and looking for a proactive, confident, and committed
Paramedic Practitioner to help us deliver exceptional care to the community.
What You'll Be Doing:- Provide urgent and routine patient care in a face-to-face, telephone, and home visit capacity.
- Work independently as a sole practitioner, while still being a valuable part of a supportive team.
- Tackle a hefty and varied workload with flexibility and resilience.
- Embrace the opportunity to complete the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) course if not already certified – this is a key part of the role.
- Rotate across sites or focus on a dedicated site in Lewisham.
What We’re Looking For:- BSc-qualified Paramedic (essential – no diplomas, apprenticeships or equivalents).
- 3–5 years post-grad clinical experience, ideally with exposure to primary care settings.
- Independent Prescriber status is a bonus – or willingness to train with us.
- Resilient, adaptable, and autonomous with excellent patient care instincts.
International Applicants Welcome: We welcome applications from
Antipodean paramedics (South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, etc.) with an
Ancestral Visa or
British/Commonwealth passport. We
are certified to sponsor a working visa if required. You'll need a
BSc + 3 years’ experience as a minimum. We’ll support your
transition into the UK Primary Care system.
Career Progression: Whether you're aiming to become an
FCP Paramedic, a
Prescriber, or progress towards
Advanced Care Paramedicine, we’ll invest in your training and development. We ask for a
minimum 2-year commitment if you're completing the FCP course with us.
