The Role:We are looking for a dedicated
Tandoor and Curry Chef who lives for the kitchen, not the office. We want your technical skills, your palate, and your passion for authentic Indian cuisine.This is a
pure cooking role. You will work alongside our Lead Chef to execute high-quality dishes. We have a management team to handle the costs and the rotas—we just want you to focus on the food.
What You’ll Do (The Craft):- Master the Sections: Expertly manage the Tandoor and Curry stations, ensuring every naan is perfect and every gravy is consistent.
- Flavor First: Use your deep knowledge of spices and traditional techniques to deliver authentic results.
- Kitchen Excellence: Maintain a clean, fast-paced, and professional station.
- Collaborate: Work with the Lead Chef to ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our high standards.
What We Are Looking For:- Proven Expertise: Significant experience in professional Tandoor and Curry sections.
- UK-Based: Ideally, you are already in the UK and looking for a stable, long-term home.
- Skill over Admin: You prefer being at the stove rather than behind a computer.
- Certifications: Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 (or willingness to obtain it).
