Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized individual to help manage our office operations, support client communication, coordinate projects, and assist with administrative and contract tasks.
Administrative & Office Management- Handle day-to-day office tasks like scheduling, document organization, and records management
- Maintain company files, legal documents, and contracts
- Order supplies and manage basic vendor communications
- Organize internal meetings and take meeting minutes
Client Support & Communication- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track client service issues and support ticket follow-ups
Project Coordination- Help plan and track simple project timelines and task lists
- Follow up with team members to meet project deadlines
- Keep clients updated on project status and next steps
Contract & Compliance Support- Assist with preparing and reviewing client contracts
- Ensure all agreements are accurate and up to date
- Support basic legal compliance filings and processes
General Support- Help the team with other operational or administrative tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to £39,000.00 per yearBenefits:
