The RoleWe are seeking a powerhouse Cafe Manager to take the reins of this landmark venue. You won’t just be running shifts; you will be the face of our brand's evolution. Working hand-in-hand with the executive team, you will implement systems developed at Head Office and turn this flagship into a high-performing blueprint for the rest of our network.This is an integral management position with a clear trajectory: Success in this role is a direct stepping stone to multi-site and senior leadership positions within our growing company. What You’ll Do

• Drive Excellence: Maintain a "best in show" standard for store presentation, marketing execution, and pristine cleanliness.
• Operational Mastery: Take full ownership of inventory control, COGS, and labor efficiencies.
• Deliver 'Legendary' Service: Set the benchmark for customer experience, ensuring every guest receives an unforgettable visit.
• Lead & Train: Act as a mentor and coach, using the flagship venue to train staff on the floor and roll out new Head Office initiatives.
• Own the Numbers: Use modern workplace tech to hit targeted KPIs and manage budgets to ensure the venue is as profitable as it is beautiful.

Who You Are

• Experienced Hospitality Leader: You have a proven track record in previous Cafe Management roles, successfully running high-volume, premium venues.
• Coffee Advocate: You possess qualified barista experience and a deep appreciation for coffee quality, workflow, and speed on the machine.
• Tech & Systems Savvy: You love structure and order. You are highly familiar with modern time and attendance software (such as Deputy or Tanda) to build smart, compliant, and budget-conscious rosters.
• Commercially Minded: You understand P&L statements, how to control stock, and how to drive sales without compromising quality.
• Ambitious: You lead by example with high energy and are looking for a company you can grow with long-term.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
