I'm partnering with a clinician-founded allied health provider based in Melbourne's south-east, known for its supportive culture, clinician development and excellent staff retention.

Whether you're an early career Speech Pathologist or an experienced clinician, you'll join a collaborative multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Allied Health Assistants, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

The Opportunity
This role is predominantly paediatrics, with opportunities to build an early intervention caseload and, if desired, see some adult clients.

Why Join?
• Predominantly paediatric caseload with opportunities in early intervention and optional adult work
• Mostly clinic-based with limited community travel
• Outstanding new graduate program with dedicated mentoring, shadowing and structured clinical support
• Clear career pathways for experienced clinicians looking to specialise, mentor or progress into leadership
• Learn from a highly experienced multidisciplinary team with excellent staff retention
• Dedicated Allied Health Assistant support to maximise your clinical time
• Achievable KPIs that include report writing, travel and all non face-to-face clinical work
• Unlimited professional development allowance, plus extensive internal and external training opportunities
• Flexible, family-friendly workplace with genuine autonomy over your diary

About You
• Qualified Speech Pathologist (or due to graduate) with current Speech Pathology Australia registration
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a collaborative team

Both full-time and part-time opportunities (3+ days per week) are available.
