Suspension & Accessories Fitter

City Discount Tyres – Osborne Park is a well-established and trusted tyre and automotive servicing center, specializing in tyres, wheels, suspension, and accessories. With a strong local customer base and a reputation for quality work and customer service, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Suspension & Accessories Fitter to join us. We Offering:

• Competitive salary: $78,000 – $89,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
• Open to provide Employee sponsorship (if the Candidate meets all the requirement.)

Duties to perform:

• Diagnose, repair, and install suspension systems (shock absorbers, springs, control arms, lift/lowering kits, etc.)
• Perform precise wheel alignments using modern equipment
• Fit a wide range of vehicle accessories including tow bars, roof racks, side steps, bull bars, and more
• Assist with tyre fitting and balancing when required
• Conduct safety inspections and road testing
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Mentor and support junior team members (If required)

Mandate Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Current driver’s license.
