We're looking for Junior Doctors (FY2+ / CT1 / IMT1 / ST1) and Senior House Officers) who are ready to grow their careers while exploring everything New Zealand offers.
With a publicly funded healthcare system, diverse clinical experience, and a welcoming team environment, Junior Doctors - referred to as Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) in New Zealand - will find a place to thrive professionally and personally.
Why choose New Zealand for your next medical adventure?
Fast-Tracked Residency - Tier 1 Green List
RMOs are on Tier 1 of New Zealand's Green List, meaning you can apply for a Straight to Residence Visa before you arrive. As an accredited employer, we will support your journey from application to arrival - including your family's transition.

You'll join collaborative, multidisciplinary teams with a culture of support and learning. Whether you're arriving solo or with loved ones, our teams can help with visas, settling in, housing, and community connections.
Diverse Clinical Exposure & Hands-On Training
You'll rotate through a variety of departments, gaining exposure to a wide range of conditions and patient demographics. We offer structured supervision, protected teaching time, and active participation in procedures - helping you build confidence and skills essential for specialist training.
Streamlined Registration for Eligible Doctors

A Lifestyle You'll Love
Outside of work, you'll find stunning natural landscapes, vibrant cities, and a strong sense of community. Whether it's beaches, ski fields, hiking trails or festivals - you're never far from your next adventure.
Standardised Pay & Benefits
RMOs receive nationally standardised salaries with additional allowances for after-hours work and long service. Benefits may include:
- 6 weeks of annual leave
- 12 public holidays
- At least 10 days' sick leave
