What We Look For:For this position we are looking for a consultative recruiter that thrives in a sales driven environment, enjoys networking and impacting our clients businesses through introducing them to top talent in their markets

• You would have 3 years in a Recruitment or s B2B (Business to business) sales environment servicing maintenance or facitilites industries.
• You would have strong Business accumen and the ability to present solutions and negotiate deals?
• You would have a proven track record in meeting sales targets
• You would have an understanding of the different trades people and their responsibilities?
• You can naturally build and maintain strong client partnerships?
• You are naturally Curious and do you get satisfaction from variety of learning/
• You are motivated to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results?
• You can adapt to change and bring fresh perspectives to our team?
• You would have a valid drivers license & your own transport?

• Business Development: Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting skilled candidates through various channels.
• Candidate Screening: Conducting thorough interviews and assessments.
• Job Matching: Matching the best candidates to the right job roles.
• Recruitment Process Management: Coordinating interviews and facilitating communication.
• Negotiation and Offer Management: Advising on compensation and negotiating offers.
• Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Candidate Database Management: Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.
• Client Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs.
