JOB SUMMARYWe are URGENTLY seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ortho Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairment resulting from musculoskeletal injuries, pathologies or disabilities. FULL CASELOAD AVAILABLEJob Format : EMPLOYEE ( Salary Based )or INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ( Commission Based ) depending on experience , certifications etcWe are looking for long term work relationship to provide continuity of care to our clients.Experienced therapists/ New grads / resident physiotherapists are welcome to apply SKILLS
  • Strong knowledge or experience treating patient in an outpatient /clinic setting .
  • Proficiency in patient care techniques, particularly for musckulo-skeletal injuries and conditions. Dry needling and Joint Manipulation certification is an asset or should be willing to get certified in near future.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in patient assessments and treatment planning.
  • Ability to create reports in timely manner for third party agencies , doctors or case managers.

RESPONSIBILTIES :
  • Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physiotherapy interventions to patients with various conditions, including acute and chronic pain conditions.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote recovery and improve mobility
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
