Pastry Chef

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Pastry Chef to join our team and help us craft a creative and memorable dessert menu for our guests.Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of pastries and desserts using modern pastry techniques
• Create mousse-based desserts, chocolate spheres, truffles, and molten cakes (including surprise fillings)
• Prepare classic European desserts such as Napoleon and éclairs
• Handle custom orders for special occasions
• Participate in off-site catering events and banquets
• Manage high volumes while maintaining consistent quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Bring creativity and precision to each dessert

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with custom dessert requests and large-batch production
• High attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Creative mindset and passion for pastry arts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in premium restaurants or pastry shops
• Skills in dessert plating and presentation for social media or professional photography
• Basic English skills (for international candidates)
