About the Role Our Risk & Quality Audit Methodology team is expanding and we’re looking for a Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Risk and Quality team focuses on delivering comprehensive, up-to-date and innovative risk and quality advice across a diverse range of issues that brings our purpose to life. We make quality, risk management and compliance as simple and sustainable as possible. This role is ideal for someone who likes thinking about methodology and “how” external audits are executed, and enjoys problem solving. In our Risk & Quality team, your impact will be seen by:
- Working with our partners and staff to interpret and understand the relevant regulatory, professional and audit methodology requirements, with a particular focus on new standards
- Support implementation of aspects of our System of Quality Management, including audit work plans
- Partner with our project leads in creating, updating and improving guidance materials.
- Analyse data to help inform and provide relevant, timely quality support
