What is this challenge about

• Participate in the creation and development of a Center of Excellence for a multinational fintech company;
• Work within a horizontal organizational model with a no-management concept, promoting autonomy and collaboration;
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java backend solutions;
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable application architectures;
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver reliable and high-performance systems;
• For Senior profiles: coach and support junior team members;
• For Lead profiles: support the onboarding of junior developers and act as a role model for the team.

Does it sound exciting?

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience using Java;
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot;
• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL);
• Experience with JPA and Hibernate;
• Knowledge of application architecture (Microservices-based architecture, hexagonal architecture, etc.);
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Java frontend frameworks (Angular or other UI frameworks);
• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform;
• Fluency in English.
