Position OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and skilled

Core Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Acuity Levels & Nurse-Patient Ratios- Patient Acuity: Low to moderate, focusing on stabilization and chronic care
- Standard Assignments: 3–4 patients per nurse
- High-Acuity Areas: 1–3 patients per nurse
Technology & Tools- Electronic Health Records: EPIC or equivalent systems
- Medication Dispensing: Automated systems
- Support Equipment: Patient lift devices, wound vacuums, and mobility aids

Requirements- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — Diploma or Associate Degree not accepted
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time inpatient hospital bedside nursing experience
(Home Care or Public Health experience does not meet this requirement)
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification: BLS (American Heart Association)
- NCLEX: Must have successfully passed the NCLEX-RN exam
- VisaScreen: Required for a faster transition to U.S. employment
