This role blends external partnerships, capital strategy, and company storytelling. We’re looking for a startup-minded individual with strong strategic instincts and execution drive — someone who can consistently drive our core objective: forging high-impact partnerships with leading AI and robotics companies. You’ll work directly with leadership to explore what’s possible — whether it’s building new external partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, or taking concrete actions to strengthen the company’s fundamentals.
What You’ll Do- Partnership Management: Proactively source, develop, and close partnerships — including MOUs and distribution/agency agreements — with companies across AI (LLMs, AI agents, AI education platforms, etc.) and Robotics (embodied AI, companion robots, etc.).
- Pipeline Ownership: Independently develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners, taking full ownership from initial cold outreach to the final signed agreement.
- Turn conversations into real outcomes — strategic collaborations or product pilots.
- Track trends and opportunities in education, AI, robotics and capital markets — and propose what we should do next
- Package partnership wins into compelling narratives for investors and the broader ecosystem.
Qualifications- Proven Deal-Maker: 4+ years of experience in strategy or BD where your primary function was sourcing and closing technology partnerships.
- Industry Insider: Deep familiarity with the business models and key players in the AI/Robotics space. You know who the decision-makers are and how to build a technical/business case for collaboration.
- Execution-Heavy: Demonstrable experience personally leading the process of closing strategic deals.
- Startup Mindset: Resilient, resourceful, and capable of operating in a fast-moving, publicly-traded startup environment.
