• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee the management of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using analytical tools to measure success and optimise strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across various campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
• Maintain an organised approach to project management, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing management role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics for data analysis.
• Exceptional time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects within deadlines.
• A keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
