Position: Senior Automotive Technician / Master Mechanic
Employment Type: Full-TimeTC Defenders, a locally respected garage in the beautiful Turks & Caicos Islands, is looking for an experienced and highly skilled automotive technician to join our team. We service all makes and models of vehicles.This is a rare opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise in a paradise island setting, working with a passionate team and an expanding customer base. What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional auto repair environment.
• Deep mechanical and diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
• Formal automotive qualifications (ASE, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage complex repair jobs.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic ability.
• A clean, professional work ethic and a team-player mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out complex diagnostics, repairs, and full mechanical rebuilds.
• Oversee service and maintenance on modern and classic vehicles.
• Mentor and support junior mechanics.
• Ensure high-quality standards and safety compliance are met.
• Liaise with customers on technical issues when needed.
