Job Advertisement: Legal Consultant Location: Oakfield Close, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GL20 8SD Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £41,700 per annum (gross)Forever Limited is seeking a capable and commercially-minded Legal Consultant to provide focused legal support across our property management and contract consultancy operations. This is a full-time position within a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking organisation. About the RoleThe Legal Consultant will support our internal teams by reviewing, drafting, and advising on a variety of commercial contracts, particularly in the areas of intellectual property, copyright, and property-related agreements. You will play a key role in ensuring that our contractual frameworks and property transactions are commercially sound and legally robust. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review commercial agreements such as management agreements, licence arrangements, and distribution contracts.Conduct legal research and prepare clear, practical guidance notes for management and clients.Stay informed on developments in UK property law and intellectual property regulations.Identify legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business goals through legally sound, commercially sensible solutions. Candidate RequirementsLaw degree (LLB or equivalent) and completed professional legal training.A Master’s degree from a UK or EU institution is highly preferred.Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law, contract law, or intellectual property law.Strong background in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.Familiarity with UK property transactions and landlord/tenant matters.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.High level of discretion, attention to detail, and professional integrity.Excellent command of English.Prior experience working with clients in the creative or entertainment sectors is desirable.Previous experience in a consultancy or advisory role preferred.The role is eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, and the company may sponsor qualified applicants who meet the Home Office requirements.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
