Skillbuilders Therapy Services for Children
We're looking to welcome two new team members to our fabulous team at Skillbuilders.If you're looking to be part of a progressive but well established team known for developing excellent family centred outcomes in a fun and friendly environment, you'll find it with us! You'll also find very flexible working arrangements - salary, contract, full time, part time, etc. Our service is owned by therapists who are actively involved in day-to-day services for the team - no corporate managers here!Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy. Our client group is diverse, including children aged 0-18 years presenting with the full range of developmental concerns that you may expect to see in community practice. We provide services to children who are referred privately, via Medicare and via NDIS. We can provide you with opportunities to develop specialist skills, or to achieve a wide range of paediatric clinical experience.Previous paediatric therapy experience is important for this role.You will enjoy a choice of practice locations as our services are offered at our well-equipped centres t Cockburn Central and Canning Vale, or at the child's school, home or day care. There is also a range of modes of service delivery with individual therapy and a range of 18 different small group programmes on offer. No two days are the same!As a team, we value work/life balance and the opportunity to choose work days and hours. Mentoring and support is provided both incidentally and formally through our team of very experienced therapists. We also offer regular in-house PD as well as providing support for team members to attend additional PD through available courses/workshops etc.If you are looking for a role where you can truly make a difference to children and families, we would love to hear from you.We offer:
