Job Summary: Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer for their gTech Ads team. Responsibilities: • Manage technical relationships with a select client portfolio. • Work with business to identify business opportunities leveraging both display and performance solutions supported by the team. • Collect requirements, provide guidance and best practices to apply ad products and technologies to achieve advertisers' business goals. • Design and implement, cross-product customized solutions with the client. • Responsible for implementations and escalations handled by other Google teams for named accounts.
Qualifications:
Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python). • Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP). • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred: • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. • Experience in the online advertising industry. • Experience with big data platforms and large volume data analytics. • Ability to construct complex yet efficient SQL queries. • Ability to work on their own and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
