The RoleWe are looking for a dedicated
Personal Assistant to join our team on a
full-time or part-time permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.In this role, you will work within a highly supportive team to create
inclusive and engaging learning environments for children. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care and education for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
What We’re Looking For:- A confident and experienced Personal Assistant with a background in supporting SEND children.
- Previous experience in a special school or alternative provision setting is highly desirable.
- A passion for working with children who face barriers to learning.
- A commitment to fostering positive outcomes and building meaningful relationships with children and their families.
What We Offer:- Competitive pay: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience, skills, and competency).
- Flexible hours: 20 – 37.50 hours per week.
