Saroor is known for its authentic flavours, modern touches, and loyal customer following. About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled chef with deep experience in Indian cuisine who can confidently oversee a busy kitchen while maintaining consistency, high standards, and strong leadership. Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
• Strong background in Indian cuisine (North Indian preferred, but all regional specialities welcome)
• Ability to manage full kitchen operations: ordering, stock control, rostering, and cost management
• Experience with menu development, recipes, and maintaining consistent quality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and support the kitchen team
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
• Reliable, professional, organised, and passionate about hospitality
