Joining our group means strong career progression, creative opportunities, and long-term stability across multiple venues.We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Saroor, our modern Indian restaurant in South Fremantle. Saroor is known for its authentic flavours, modern touches, and loyal customer following. About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled chef with deep experience in Indian cuisine who can confidently oversee a busy kitchen while maintaining consistency, high standards, and strong leadership. Requirements
  • 3–5+ years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
  • Strong background in Indian cuisine (North Indian preferred, but all regional specialities welcome)
  • Ability to manage full kitchen operations: ordering, stock control, rostering, and cost management
  • Experience with menu development, recipes, and maintaining consistent quality
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and support the kitchen team
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
  • Reliable, professional, organised, and passionate about hospitality
