Salary: AUD77,000- 80,000 Plus 11.5 % Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks per year
Working Hours: 38 hours per weekAbout Us:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook/Chef to join our talented team. If you have a love for creating delicious dishes and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!Looking for 3 Curry Chefs and 1 Tandoor Chef Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
  • Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining the restaurant’s culinary standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cook/Chef (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
