Salary: AUD77,000- 80,000 Plus 11.5 % Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks per year

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook/Chef to join our talented team. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining the restaurant’s culinary standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Cook/Chef (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
