• Approx. 30,000 patients across the group
• 2 GP partners, 11 sessional GPs, and 10 ANP/NP
• Highly regarded training practice

• On-site First Contact Physios and Pharmacists
• Paramedic for home visits
• Annual in-house appraisal
• Specialist interests and GP Fellowship scheme encouraged

Contract & Working Pattern

• Salary: depending on experience up to £12,894 per session per annum

Main Duties

• Deliver highly effective medical care to the population across all HLMG sites and undertake cross-site working
• Provide services in line with the primary care contract and ensure timely administration (referrals, prescriptions, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team; participate in duty doctor roles as required
• Adhere to clinical guidelines, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support quality initiatives, QOF, and the appraisal/revalidation processes
• Support medical education and training of students and junior clinicians
• Assist the partners in achieving strategic aims, income optimization, and expenditure control

• Experience – Essential: experience of working in a primary care environment; CPD/ongoing development; familiarity with QOF and clinical audit; understanding of the primary care contract
• Desirable: experience in medicines management; experience with ICB initiatives
• Skills – Outstanding clinical knowledge for an experienced GP; excellent communication; strong IT; proficient with Office/Outlook;
  Systm One experience; time management; audit leadership; clinical risk management; willingness to supervise others
• Qualifications – Essential:
  Qualified GP; MRCGP; VT or JCPTGP; CCT;
  Full GMC Registration;
  National Performers List; UK independent practice eligibility
