Your next career opportunity
As part of the Finance Systems Support team, you will play a crucial role in administering, maintaining, and developing the Workday Finance system. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and support data management, ensuring the system aligns with business requirements. This position offers the chance to drive strategic projects, support operations, and contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop Stakeholder Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating user adoption and prioritising customer issues.

Support Functional Configuration: Collaborate to configure Workday Finance modules and contribute to system enhancements.

Manage Incidents & Problems: Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support security-related resolutions.

Ensure Data Quality: Create and manage EIBs, support mass corrections, and validate financial transactions.

You may be a great fit if:

You are a certified finance administrator with system configuration experience in Workday, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve team goals.

You may also:

Have experience in Finance SAAS systems and Workday.

Be skilled in writing design, development, and testing documents.

Possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Be organised, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently or collaboratively.

The Enterprise Services domain team, part of Enterprise Technology, is responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of initiatives. These include IT enablement for new campus buildings and facilities, smart campus projects IT infrastructure upgrades, and integration, identity management, and security solutions. The team also drives application and digital projects across core enterprise functions such as finance, HR, procurement, service management, space management, and other back-office capabilities.
