As a senior member of our project delivery team, you'll oversee a portfolio of water and wastewater civil infrastructure projects from conception through to completion. You'll work with skilled teams, trusted subcontractors, and supportive leadership, bringing your expertise to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality outcomes. Key requirements for the role include;

- 10+ years' experience with a reputable civil contractor, ideally with strong exposure to water and wastewater projects
- Proven man-management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive site culture
- Solid contract knowledge and understanding of NZS or equivalent contract frameworks
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget control, forecasting, and risk management
- A successful track record of delivering civil infrastructure projects on time and on budget
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
