Are you passionate about food production and quality control? Join our team as a Production Manager in Wellington. You will oversee the preparation, cooking, and service of high-quality meals, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while exceeding customer expectations. This position is full-time with a total of maximum 40 hours per week.

• Oversee food preparation and presentation: Assemble ingredients, cook menu items, and maintain quality control.
• Manage kitchen supplies: Receive, store, and rotate supplies, ensuring accurate ordering.
• Maintain consumer satisfaction: Uphold hygiene standards, gather feedback, and strive to exceed expectations.
• Develop industry knowledge: Seek training opportunities and update skills to maintain competence.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness: Oversee cleaning tasks and maintain adequate supplies.

• Experienced: 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Team player: Able to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a flexible approach.
• Strong communicator: Good communication skills and a positive outlook under pressure.
• Physically fit: Reliable and able to maintain high standards of personal presentation.
• Committed to safety: Police clearance and adherence to health and safety regulations.
