A well‑established small animal practice in Newcastle‑under‑Lyme is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their welcoming and experienced team. The practice boasts a loyal, friendly client base and a warm, supportive culture focused on teamwork, clinical excellence and a personal approach to veterinary care. The surgery is purpose‑built with a well‑planned layout, including a large reception area, two vet consulting rooms, a dedicated nurse consult room, prep and theatre areas, digital x‑ray, ultrasound, well‑equipped wards and comprehensive laboratory facilities. Skills and Experience

• RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Committed to delivering exceptional patient and client care
• Commercial awareness and confidence in clinical decision‑making
