Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleAdseal is seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminium HVAC Platform Installer to join our team working on major construction sites across Sydney. This role involves the installation of aluminium platforms and associated components for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Install aluminium platforms and support structures for HVAC systems on commercial and industrial construction sites.
• Interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate installation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet Adseal and client standards.
• Adhere to all WHS (Work Health and Safety) regulations and site-specific safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in modular aluminium fabrication or installation is preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Current White Card (Construction Induction).
• Additional certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, EWP) highly regarded.
