How will you value add?
As a Senior Associate, you will be supporting the engagement manager in providing innovative accounting and financial reporting solutions for our clients in the region, especially for enhancement of record to report processes and implementation of reporting solutions. Our accounting and reporting solutions includes:
Diagnostics / as-it assessment for reporting processes (e.g. financial close, consolidation, financial planning and analysis etc), and support the enhancement of processes
End-to-end implementation support for the implementation of financial close and reporting solutions. e.g. requirement gathering, data specification, configuration, UAT support, project management etc.
Implementation of new accounting or reporting requirements includes embedding reporting / accounting changes to the client’s systems, models, controls and processes
Accounting and reporting matters for the end-to-end IPO journey, including enhancing reporting processes and disclosures.
Structuring transactions or financial products
Preparing financial statements including carve out, pro-forma, IFRS 7 disclosures etc.
Accounting and reporting matters for the end-to-end IPO journey, including enhancing accounting policy and documentation and enhancing reporting processes including automation / reporting system.
Technical accounting advisory on IFRS or other GAAP requirements
Requirements:
Ideally a graduate with accounting or finance qualification
Knowledge about automation of reporting processes and reporting systems for financial close, consolidation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or EPM.
Experience in reporting transformation or implementation of reporting solutions (consolidation, FP&A or EPM solutions).
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and communications skills.
