Product Engineer

Hiring: Product Engineer — Berlin, on-site 🇩🇪A YC-backed, Series A voice AI company (backed by strong investors, building a platform for B2C companies to deploy voice AI agents at scale) is looking for a Product Engineer to own products end-to-end.💡 Here's the thing that makes this role different: there are no PMs. You won't be handed tickets. You'll take a real customer problem, decide what to build, and ship it — owning the whole lifecycle from idea to production.⚡ This is a small, fast team that moves at genuine velocity. New hires ship to production early. Work happens in person, often in pairs. The bias is toward action: decide fast, build, iterate. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading. • Own products end-to-end — from customer problem to shipped solution
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between engineering complexity and user value
• Work full-stack across TypeScript and Python
• Shape the product's direction as a core member of the team

🎯 What we're looking for:

• Strong engineering fundamentals and a genuine "I'll figure it out" mindset — more important here than any specific language
• Evidence of high agency: side projects, hackathons, a company you founded, or being the key player who drove real product and business impact
• A product-owner instinct — you translate customer problems into solutions and care about outcomes, not just tech
• Experience thriving in a high-velocity startup environment
• Fluency using AI tools to move faster in your day-to-day workflow
• Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in the EU 🇪🇺

📋 The details:

• €85,000–160,000, full-time
• On-site in Berlin — relocation support available, and visa sponsorship possible for exceptional candidates
