Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support our expanding UK business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Oversee office systems, records, and documentation
- Coordinate internal communication between departments
- Support HR with onboarding, staff records, and compliance documentation
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Prepare internal reports, schedules, and management updates
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Support senior management with administrative coordination
Requirements- Degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years experience in an office management or senior administrative role
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in service-based or facilities organisations is an advantage
