We are seeking a dynamic and driven Bilingual Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team and help us connect our clients with top influencers and KOLs.Job Description: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with influencers and related agencies. You will also pitch campaign ideas, manage collaborations, and analyze campaign performance to ensure our clients achieve their marketing goals. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for this role to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and influencer network. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers and KOLs that align with our clients' brands and target audiences. Initiate contact and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and related agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual satisfaction.
• Campaign Pitching: Develop and pitch creative campaign ideas to influencers, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand messaging.
• Execution: Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, coordinating logistics, content creation, and timelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep our strategies current and effective.
• Bilingual Communication: Utilize proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and influencers, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of influencer marketing working experience preferred.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
