Job Title: Embedded C/C++ Engineer
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA (Hybrid – Travel as needed)

Mandatory Requirement: Aerospace industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant aerospace domain experience will
not be considered.
Preferred Background: Experience with companies like
Honeywell, Collins Aerospace, Thales, or similar aerospace organizations is
highly preferred.
Position Overview: We are seeking experienced
Embedded C/C++ Engineers to join a leading aerospace technology team focused on the
development of next-generation avionics display systems. You will be working in a hybrid environment, contributing to software development for complex embedded platforms with high reliability and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Design & Development: Build high-performance, low-level embedded software for avionics display systems and related applications.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software architecture, and implement software modules.
- Innovation: Contribute to developing innovative display solutions to enhance pilot situational awareness and decision-making.
- Deployment: Support integration, testing, and deployment of display systems into real-world aerospace platforms.
Required Skills & Experience: - Programming: Proficient in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Real-Time Systems: Strong experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Embedded Systems: Hands-on development experience in embedded software for aerospace, avionics, or display systems.
- ARINC 661: Experience with ARINC 661 or similar avionics UI standards is highly desirable.
- Middleware Development: Strong understanding and implementation experience of middleware components.
- Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Waterfall SDLC, JIRA, and standard software development practices.
- Team Environment: Able to work independently and collaboratively within distributed technical teams.
Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Range: - 6 to 12 years of relevant experience (candidates with over 15 years of experience will not be considered).
