Lead Educator

Injune Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Educator to lead and implement effective and pedagogical programming and support and guidance for our children, to ensure a high quality educational program is delivered on site. The Centre runs a funded Kindergarten program in conjunction with Long Day Care, in Injune SW Qld. We have an amazing, supportive team, who are dedicated to nurturing young minds. As a team, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, and we are looking for an team member to join the team. You will need to hold:·

• Diploma in Childrens Services (recognised by ACECQA) or a desire to study the Diploma in CHildren's Services while on the job
• current First Aid and CPR certificates
• valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
• an enthusiastic attitude toward the care and education of young children
• a committment to continuing professional and personal development
• knowledge and ability to develop, plan and implement a high-quality program
