About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Consultant with international experience to lead client engagement, strategic advisory, and executive recruitment solutions for high growth organisations delivering on director to board level mandates. You will manage key client accounts, develop sourcing strategies and oversee candidate delivery. This is a strategic and hands-on position working closely with Boards, CEOs, and HR leaders to advise on workforce planning, succession and retention. This role spans both domestic and international markets and will require international market insight and expertise. The role will suit a self-driven professional with a passion for elevating talent outcomes and engaging senior stakeholders in high-growth industries.

You are a commercially minded recruitment consultant professional with a proven track record in executive search, having successfully delivered director to board level roles across multiple innovative industries across international markets, particularly, EMEA, APAC, North America. Your style is consultative, people focused and delivery-driven, with a strong ability to build trust with clients and candidates. You thrive in fast paced environments, high-growth environments and bring a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver premium recruitment outcomes across the globe.
