Duties- To Supervise and coordinate daily customer service activities.
- To Support staff in handling customer queries and complaints.
- To Deal with complex or sensitive customer issues.
- To Prepare and manage staff schedules to meet service needs.
- To Monitor team performance and maintain service quality.
- To Work with managers to improve customer satisfaction and operations.
- To Report customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
Requirements- Proven experience in supervising or managing a customer service team.
- Fluency in both English with excellent communication skills
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and implement strategic improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in training and developing staff members to reach their full potential.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
