Job Summary: Trimble Inc. is a company focused on improving job cost accounting through their ERP construction management solutions. As a Product Manager for ERP AI, Accounting & Finance, you will guide a team to enhance construction accounting workflows and develop new products while collaborating with various departments to define product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities: • Define & build the strategic roadmap on how AI driven insights and AI ERP business processes can be integrated with the best practices for construction ERP. • Own the end to end vision for finance and accounting modules of Viewpoint ERP including project/sprint management, communications, requirement gathering, support orchestration, executive status updates and business partner relationship management. • Collaborate with other product managers, engineering staff and other stakeholders to develop and maintain the roadmap for products and features. • Manage the entire product line life cycle from ideation and strategic planning to tactical initiatives. • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects. • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
Qualifications:
Required: • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields. • 2+ years of experience in SaaS product management or equivalent role • Deep understanding of financial workflows, accounting methodologies. • Experience in Accounting operations like General Ledger reconciliation, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable. • Understanding of invoicing, customer aging, electronic payments. • Ability to lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence. • Experience in data analytics and visualization. • Experience managing project backlogs and prioritization.
Preferred: • CPA preferred
