Job Description:
  • Client: Bank of America Job Title: Workday Talent Acquisition Configuration Analyst Work Location: 3 days onsite in one of the following locations: Chicago, IL, Richmond, VA, Kennesaw, GA Hourly Rate: $68 (Chicago), $65 (Richmond), $65 (Kennesaw) W2 only Visa: gc-ead -ead h1b-T Length: 12-24 months MUST HAVE: Workday Talent Acquisition Configuration Analyst Need configuration experience with offer letters, condition rules to generate offer letters etc. Setup and customization of offer letters, including configuring condition rules to generate accurate and compliant offer letters.
  • Defining business rules for offer generation, automating approval workflows, and ensuring that offer templates are tailored to specific job requisitions and compensation packages.
  • Experience with configuring other Talent Acquisition functionalities like candidate status, requisition templates, and integration with background check providers is also essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday s Talent Acquisition module and its configuration options


  • Workday Configuration Analyst Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday modules. Design, implement, and maintain Workday business processes across Benefits.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead and participate in UAT testing cycles to ensure system configuration meets business requirements, validate standard system functionality and custom components, identifying and resolving defects or issues before deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to present to the business and stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Workday Studio Integration: Develop, test, and support complex integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.


  • Required Qualifications:Workday Expertise: Extensive experience with Workday modules, including Benefits.
  • Knowledge of Workday Business Process, Core Setup, and Security Framework: Strong understanding of Workday s business processes, including workflows for tasks like approvals and data flows, to support various functions (e.g., hiring, payroll, performance evaluations). Expertise in configuring the core setup (organizational structures, departments, roles, system settings) to ensure system efficiency, and knowledge of Workday s security framework, including roles, permissions, and access controls, to ensure data protection and proper authorization within the system.
  • Configuration Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Workday business process configuration and custom reporting.
  • NICE TO HAVE: Workday Studio: Proficiency in building and managing integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Testing Experience: Experience in leading and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations and integrations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions using Workday.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at troubleshooting system issues and providing timely resolution
