We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Student Conduct, Complaints and Appeals team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex and sensitive student matters, ensuring all cases are progressed efficiently, fairly and in full accordance with University policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
As a trusted adviser to students, senior academic leaders and Professional Services colleagues, you will provide authoritative guidance, support high-level decision-making and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our processes and service delivery. The post holder will also provide line management to designated team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and supportive working culture.
