• Assess clients' physical mobility using functional ability tests and our fully equipped treatment rooms.
• Set treatment goals in partnership with patients based on clinical evaluations.
• Implement physiotherapy programs, including:
• Therapeutic exercises
• Manual therapy
• Utilization of equipment such as traction tables, therapeutic ultrasound, shockwave machines, and electrotherapy machines.
• Evaluate and adapt treatment plans based on their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions, needs, and progress.
• Communicate with ICBC, WSBC, insurance companies, and team members, including writing initial and discharge reports as needed.
• Document and track patient progress using our electronic charting software.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist (CPTBC).
• Preferred experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
