Working as a permanent casual chef, weekend availability is essential.Hours will be flexible, ranging on average 12-20hrs per week, increasing based on availability to cover other staff absences as required.Qualifications & Experience:1. Experience in a high volume environment.2. Qualification in Commercial Cookery3. Min 2 years exp for Cook applications, Min 3 years exp for Chef applicationsKey responsibilities include:1. Be able to work well under pressure;2. Produce great food, consistently;3. Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times;4. Possess great communications skills; and5.
