A community-focused early childhood education provider that governs and operates the Poetiare O Rongomai learning center, heavily rooted in Cook Islands heritage.An Early Childhood Teacher (ECE Teacher) helps children from birth to 5 years old learn, develop, and prepare for school in a safe and nurturing environment. Typical job descriptionPlan and deliver daily learning activities.Teach early literacy, numeracy, language, and social skills.Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.Observe children's development and keep learning records.Support children's emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.Work closely with parents and whānau, providing updates on children's progress.Follow New Zealand's early childhood curriculum, Te Whāriki.Ensure health, safety, and child protection policies are followed. Work as part of a teaching team and attend staff meetings and professional development. QualificationsA recognised Early Childhood Education teaching qualification.Current New Zealand teacher registration and practising certificate (for qualified teacher roles).First Aid Certificate (often required or preferred).Good communication and teamwork skills.Pay: From $6,000.00 per monthBenefits:
