The RoleWe are looking for motivated and bilingual Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is a perfect blend of business development and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities while ensuring our loyal long-term clients continue to receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (retailers, gift shops, interior designers, etc.).
• Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing client base to encourage repeat business.
• Product Expertise: Confidently present our range of baskets and crates, highlighting quality, materials, and use cases.
• Order Coordination: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communication: Serve as a bridge for our Mandarin-speaking partners/suppliers and our English-speaking market.

Requirements

• Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, or customer service is preferred, but not essential.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliability: Ability to work the consistent schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily sales targets.
