Experience Requirements & Unit Placement
  • Experienced Nurses: Must have 1–2 years of recent clinical experience for placement in most specialty units (e.g., ICU, ER, OR, Oncology, Telemetry).
  • New Graduate Nurses: Opportunities may be available depending on the hospital and location. However, not all units may be open to new grads.
  • New grads will be enrolled in a structured orientation and nurse residency program. Placement will be determined by facility needs and your clinical background.

Position OverviewWe are hiring compassionate and qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in collaborative healthcare settings. This role offers career advancement, training, and mentorship. Responsibilities Include:
  • Assessing patients and developing care plans
  • Administering treatments and medications
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care

Patient Acuity & Nurse-Patient Ratios
  • Acuity: Typically low to moderate; focus on stabilization and chronic care
  • Patient Ratios:
  • General units: 3–4 patients per nurse
  • Higher acuity areas: 1–3 patients per nurse

Technology & Equipment
  • Electronic Health Records: EPIC or similar systems
  • Medication Dispensing Systems
  • Support Devices: Lift equipment, wound vacs, mobility aids

Orientation & Nurse Residency ProgramAll candidates will participate in a 12–13 week orientation and training program, including:
  • Clinical skill development
  • Hands-on experience
  • Mentorship by experienced preceptors
  • Ongoing assessments and feedback

This program is designed to support both new grads and experienced nurses transitioning into U.S. hospital settings. Qualifications & Requirements
  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license (or NCLEX passed)
