This is an opportunity to step into the top tier of Sydney’s agency recruitment market.
You’ll be joining a high performing finance recruitment business where $2m+ annual billings are already being achieved, commission reaches up to 50%, and earning potential sits comfortably within the top 3% of the Sydney market. The platform, client base, and support structure are built for senior recruiters who want scale, not noise.
The business partners with both local and international clients across wealth management, private equity, and superannuation, with long standing relationships and repeat hiring driving consistent, high value mandates.
The opportunity

• Senior level agency role focused on wealth management and private equity, with some superannuation work
• Choice of a warm desk with established clients and live roles, or a colder desk for those who want full market ownership
• End to end desk ownership in a high trust environment with minimal internal competition
• A platform designed to scale billings rather than cap them

Earnings and package

• Base salary $110,000 to $130,000
• Monthly commission
• No threshold for the first 6 months, allowing commission to stack from day one
• Commission up to 50% for top performers
• OTE $200,000 with significant upside
• Team average billings of $780,000 per consultant
• Top billers producing $2m+ annually
• Sign on bonus available
