Assistant Asset Manager Job Description Job Title: Assistant Asset Manager Job Summary:The Assistant Asset Manager supports the Asset Manager in managing company assets, maintaining accurate records, coordinating maintenance or inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing and tracking company assets.Maintain and update asset registers and databases.Coordinate asset inspections, maintenance, and repairs.Monitor asset performance and utilization.Prepare reports on asset condition, value, and lifecycle.Support budgeting and forecasting for asset maintenance and replacement.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.Help conduct periodic asset audits and inventory checks.Assist in developing asset management strategies and improvement initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in asset management, property management, finance, or operations (requirements vary by employer).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and asset management software.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Pay: From $5,500.00 per monthBenefits:
