A new addition to a growing hospitality group, this second store is set to open in Moss Vale, Southern Highlands, just an easy 1–1.5 hour drive from Sydney CBD. Designed with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic and a focus on light-filled interiors, this café blends a passion for handcrafted sweets with top-tier specialty coffee.
Expect a modern menu of artisanal gelato, house-made doughnuts, and single-origin brews, all created in-house by a tight-knit and skilled team.
This is the brand’s second venue, offering not just consistency and quality—but the chance to grow with an expanding, independent concept that’s generating serious local buzz.

The Role
This position is ideal for a baker, dessert chef, or junior pastry chef looking to step into a creative, hands-on role. You'll work alongside a small team to prepare and innovate a streamlined, specialty-focused menu, featuring fresh doughs, artisan fillings, and indulgent gelato treats.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Doughnut production (filled, laminated, fried)
  • Making custards, jams, cream patissière, and other pastry elements
  • Supporting gelato production and dessert assembly
  • Collaborating on weekly specials and recipe development
  • Upholding kitchen hygiene and smooth early-morning service

Shifts rotate between 4am–1pm, 5am–2pm, and 6am–3pm over five days, leaving your afternoons free.
