About the Role This is a Founding Member of Technical Staff opportunity for a Staff level Full Stack Engineer who wants to be a key technical decision maker on a small, senior team. You will own large, high impact platform projects end to end, lead the design and implementation of major systems across infrastructure, backend, and product, and help define the technical vision and roadmap as the company scales.

- Lead the design and implementation of large, high impact platform projects and features.
- Own complex systems end to end across infrastructure, backend, and product user experience.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for major initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor engineers, setting a high bar for quality, clarity, and execution.
Qualifications - 9 to 12 years of professional full stack software engineering experience.
- Computer Science degree from a top US undergraduate program.
Required Skills - Proficiency in TypeScript is required.
- Strong proficiency in either Python and Go on the backend, or React and JavaScript on the frontend.
- Distributed systems experience and a strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
- Tech lead or staff level engineer who has owned major architectural decisions, with at least 60 percent hands on coding in your most recent role.
- Experience at a high growth startup or top tier technology company with a B2B consumer centric product.
Preferred Skills - Prior founder or co-founder experience.
- Zero to one product building experience at a high growth startup such as Doordash, Ramp, Middesk, Verkada, Databricks, Brex, Chime, Plaid, Rippling, or Snowflake.
- Experience leading large technical initiatives and influencing architectural direction across an engineering org.
Pay range and compensation package Base salary ranges from $275,000 to $320,000 depending on level, plus founding level equity for engineers who join in the near term. Visa support is available for O-1, H-1B transfers, and H-1B1.
